Brunch Menu

BREAKFAST

We offer an omelet and waffle station in addition to the menu for 16.95 per person. The station includes omelets, waffles, yogurt, fresh muffins, quiches, bacon, sausage, home fries and other selections. After 12pm a pasta station is also added.

All breakfasts are served with fresh fruit salad, home fries and a choice of bacon or sausage.
Eggs Benedict - $11.95
Toasted croissants topped with Canadian bacon and poached eggs. Finished with Hollandaise sauce and asparagus spears
Tournedos Maxwell - $18.95
Four ounces of grilled filet mignon served on Brioche bread. Topped with poached eggs, lobster meat, asparagus and a sherry wine sauce. Finished with Bearnaise sauce.
Blackinton Huevos Ranchero - $10.95
Black beans topped with two poached eggs, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream and homemade salsa. Served with warm buttered corn bread.
Pancakes - $10.95
Three large pancakes served with maple syrup. Your choice of plain, blueberry, or apple cinnamon.
Texas Style French Toast - $10.95
Served with maple syrup.
Steak and Eggs - $16.95
5 oz. Filet Mignon served with eggs cooked to your liking.
Crab Cakes Benedict - $16.95
Poached eggs, served over crab cakes with Hollandaise sauce, and asparagus.
 
ENTREES
All entrees are served with choice of soup du jour or house salad.
Chicken Florentine - $15.95
Sautéed chicken layered with prosciutto, spinach, and mozzarella cheese. Served in a Marsala demi-glace over angel hair pasta.
Chicken Cacciatore - $15.95
Boneless breast of chicken sautéed with mushrooms, onions, black olives, capers, and peppers served in a marinara sauce over angel hair pasta
Pan Seared Walnut Encrusted Salmon - $11.95
Fresh salmon, pan seared and topped with roasted walnuts tossed lightly in maple syrup.
Roasted Turkey Dinner - $15.95
Generous portion of tender white and dark meat. Served with a side of gravy.
Eggplant Parmigiana - $14.95
Sliced and breaded eggplant baked in a light tomato sauce. Served over linguine and topped with mozzarella cheese.
Cobb Salad - $17.95
Mixed greens topped with sliced avocado, hard boiled egg, crumbled bacon, cucumber, tomato, and grilled chicken. Served with a side of our house-made blue cheese dressing.
Brunch Burger - $15.95
Our Burgers are a mix of tenderloin, New York strip, and ribeye, and are ground in house daily. All burgers are served with lettuce, tomato, onion and your choice of the following: Cheese: Cheddar, Mozzarella, Pepper Jack, or Blue Cheese. Toppings: Avocado, bacon, fried egg, sautéed mushrooms, sautéed onions, grilled pineapple, fried onion ring.
Blackinton Club - $11.95
Sliced turkey and ham with tomato, lettuce, and bacon. Served on Brioche with a side of hand cut French fries.

For parties of 6 or more, a 20% gratuity will be added to the total amount of the check.
